To develop a practical immunohistochemistry panel for distinguishing lymphoblastic lymphoma from Ewing sarcoma (ES), we evaluated 17 ES and 27 lymphoblastic lymphoma and leukemia cases with antibodies to CD99, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT), leukocyte common antigen (LCA), CD43, CD79a, …

In neoplastic tissues, only precursor B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphomas had detectable SALL4 (12/16 at protein level, 7/8 at RNA level), similar to that observed in acute myeloid leukemia. Of the seven cell lines examined, only those derived from acute myeloid leukemia and precursor B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphomas were positive. 2019-09-10 Lymphoblastic lymphoma (LL) represents 2% to 4% of adult non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHLs).

Treatment of lymphoblastic lymphoma in adults. Coleman CN, Picozzi VJ Jr, Cox RS, McWhirter K, Weiss LM, Cohen JR, Yu KP, Rosenberg SA. Forty-four adult patients with lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) were treated according to one of two protocols. The small cell lymphomas are a collection of commonly seen lymphomas that have a near-identical histomorphologic appearance. The group includes: Small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

Lymphoblastic lymphoma is defined morphologically as an immature proliferation of precursor lymphoid cells that express TdT in their nuclei. The tumor cells of lymphoblastic lymphoma are histologically indistinguishable from those of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) is a neoplasm of immature B cells committed to the B-(B-LBL) or T-cell lineage (T-LBL) that accounts for approximately 2% of all lymphomas.

Hairy cell leukemia. 2017-05-01 2018-01-01 This report concerns a unique case of a composite lymphoma composed of T‐lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T‐LBL) and diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in a 72‐year‐old woman with generalized lymphadenopathy, splenomegaly and ascites. Laboratory findings showed increased lactate dehydrogenase and soluble interleukin‐2 receptor. Lymphoma is a type of cancer that spreads through your lymphatic system.
